Where this information comes from: We collect this information from third-party data providers including Amplemarket (see their privacy notice at https://www.amplemarket.com/legal/data-broker-privacy-notice), public sources like company websites and social media, and business directories.

How we use this information: We use sales intelligence data to identify potential prospects, personalize outreach, and provide our Priority ABX services to clients. This helps us determine when companies might be ready to buy and enables more relevant conversations.

Free Lead Generation Campaign: When you request our "10 free leads" offer, we'll use your Ideal Customer Profile information to identify relevant prospects. This information helps us demonstrate our service quality and may lead to further communications about our services.

Data sharing: Sales intelligence data is processed through our technology partner Amplemarket and may be shared with our clients as part of our lead generation services. All partners are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

Your choices: You can opt-out of sales intelligence tracking by contacting data@punchb2b.com with the subject "Priority ABX Opt-Out". You can also request deletion of your information from our sales databases at any time.

Data retention: All data will be permanently deleted after 30 days. Please download any data you wish to keep before then. Sales intelligence data is retained for up to 3 years from last interaction. Campaign data is kept for 2 years for performance analysis.

International transfers: Some sales intelligence data may be processed by US-based partners including Amplemarket, with appropriate data protection safeguards in place.
